Overview

Located on the Adriatic coast of the Italian peninsula, the Marche is home to a beautiful, hilly landscape that is dotted by countless medieval fortified villages. The most famous of these is the Castelli di Jesi, strategically situated near the coastal town of Ancona and in close proximity to the Esino and Cesano rivers. Boasting rich calcareous and limestone soils, the terroir here is ideal for the production of dry white wines that are resplendent with great minerality.

One of the area's most ancient grapes, Verdicchio has long been considered the most complex of Marche's white wines. Known as "The White Barolo", this straw-colored wine usually offers great acidity and incredible herbaceous notes. This is a nuanced white wine designed to age.

Everything is manipulated by hand, and the production centers around those items that can work in the estate's cool climate. In addition to 2 cru Verdicchio, the estate has also become famous for its Metodo Classico Dosagio Zero. Interesting international red varieties like Merlot and Syrah round out of the offering.
